Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Processing times may vary depending on whether your ears are ready to ship, made to order, or part of a preorder.
Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location. USPS delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on the distance your package travels and the service selected at checkout.
Please note that these are estimated transit times after your order has shipped and do not include order processing or preparation time. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, holidays, or weather.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information when available so you can follow your magical mail on its way to you!
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because each pair of Mouse Tailored ears is handmade with love and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong design.
If your ears arrive damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage as soon as possible so we can review the issue. We will do our best to make things right! Replacements or repairs may be possible depending on the extent of the damage and the availability of materials. Since our designs may use limited or discontinued materials, we cannot guarantee that an identical pair can be recreated.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Send us a message with your inspiration, preferred colors, and design ideas so we can discuss your custom order.
Are your ears comfortable to wear all day?
Yes! I get lots of compliments on how comfortable these headbands are. However, comfort can vary depending on the individual fit and headband preference.
Are the ears official Disney merchandise?
Mouse Tailored is an independent handmade shop and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Disney. Our products are independently handmade.
How should I store and care for my ears?
Keep your ears in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Handle decorative details gently, and avoid crushing, bending, or getting them wet.
